Shipping Policy
We offer shipping of our products within PAN India. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed. We ship via standard ground shipping and provide tracking information for all orders. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
Return Policy
At Ghasphus, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refunds are only permitted in the rare situations listed below:
- If you received the incorrect item, the product is damaged.
- When delivered, the product is not properly sealed.
- The product has expired by the time of delivery.
We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping fees, once we receive the returned item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
